With a high Standard to maintain, our culinary team are very concentrate towards all aspect including food quality, Presentation and high priority HYGIENE and FOOD SAFETY.

 

    

Daniel Tan​  - HEAD CHEF

 

Chef Daniel Tan Chia Yang  a Professional Certificate Global Master Chef was awarded the Most Promising Young Chef of the Year (2007) by the Chefs Association of Malaysia (Penang Chapter) . He has acquired a wealth of experience working in hotels and outlets such as Shangri-la Hotel, Equatorial Hotel, Boulevard Restaurant and Swensen’s Restaurant for 13 years, Last Position holding is the Executive Sous Chef at Eastin Hotel for 5 years. Specializing in Western Cuisine European Cuisine.

Gordon Goon - Asst Chef

Young and passionate award winning chef, a professional chef graduate from KDU College. Talented culinary skills even in young age. 

   

 

Elaine Teoh - RESTAURANT MANAGER

 

Well experience in hospitality, food and beverage. always serve with a warm smiles.

Passionate towards her carrier and always go the extra miles to serve the guess better.
